The startup_events_test being used for capturing launch times doesn't work as-is on the vertical home screen. We either need to modify the test to allow this, or write a new test that will allow capturing the launch times.
Severity: normal → critical
Triage: wontfix due to upcoming test-perf deprecation. Raptor can currently capture the launch times of the homescreen during the reboot phase.
