User Story
As a user, I want to be able to add apps/bookmarks to my homescreen from task manager to make it easier to save content for later use. Acceptance Criteria: 1. I can add an app/bookmark to the homescreen directly from the task manager. 2. The interaction and visual design of adding to the homescreen follows the UX spec.

Wilfred, just FYI, this bug was to track prototype work, not for a fully implemented feature that's ready to land.
