Steps To Reproduce:
1. Open Big image file
2. Mouse hover the autoresized image

Actual Results:
Normal arrow pointer

Expected Results:
+ magnifying glass pointer and - magnifying glass  pointer

It seems to be regressed by Bug 1041936

Is it windows only or across platforms? How did you determine bug 1041936 would have regressed this?

Maybe Windows only bug. Reproduced on the following Nightly win32 build.
