What problems would this solve?

We're trying to encourage more people to contribute. Adding a single "Add a page" button to the home page may help accomplish this.

Who would use this?

Hopefully lots of new users!

What would users see?

A button, fairly prominently placed on the home page, which says something like "Add a page" or "Contribute an article" (help coming up with the right phrasing appreciated).

What would users do? What would happen as a result?

Clicking the button would take the user to the MDN Inbox: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Inbox

Sheppy is going to conduct an experiment using State of MDN to learn what kind of purchase this feature can get with our internal audiences. Will add "productwanted" again in the future if we want to try more experiments or formalize this feature more.
