Description:
When a user double taps on an event within the Calendar app, the default time of 12:00 AM to 1:00 AM changes to varying dates (3:00 AM - 4:00 AM, 1:00 AM - 2:00 AM etc).

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140723000201
2) Launch Calendar app.
3) Double tap on a date in the month view.
4) Observe the time section of the "Add Event" screen.

Actual:
The default time will be displayed as something other than 12:00 AM - 1:00 AM.
Expected:
The default time will be displayed as 12:00 AM - 1:00 AM.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.1 (319MB), Flame 2.0 (512MB), Flame 1.4 (319MB), Buri 2.1, Buri 2.0, Buri 1.4, and Buri 1.3.

Please ignore the Firmware version for the Flame 2.1 and Flame 1.4 in Comment 2.  
The correct Firmware is v122.
