User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20140716183446
Steps to reproduce:
1.have 60-100 tabs of general stuff, one of them being yahoo mail.
2.trying to submit bug report on qc.embacadero.com
3.when I budge the mouse or use anything on the mouse, window goes black and stays that way.
Actual results:
when I budge the mouse or use anything on the mouse, window goes black. ff MAY let me switch to another tab and back and that may fix the problem, but if I move the mouse again...
ff reaction time for mouse is minimum about 2-5 seconds on an i7-3970x with that many tabs.
not long after this, browser crashdumped from lack of 32-bit memory, which is about 1.6GB. like I said, I have a 64-bit machine with 64GB RAM. RAM is not a problem. this may be related to the windows-only ff memory leak I reported.
Expected results:
no black screens

this may be with 30.0

This is indeed likely to be Windows tanking Firefox on lack of memory, not Firefox per se.
Suggest you use nightly 64 bit builds

What are your results with 64bit build?
