BuddyUp is a support initiative that will enable FxOS users to help each other in real time from their mobile device or desktop by using chat, voice, video or screen sharing. 
This is a community driven project that builds on Mozilla’s community-driven support model to create a large-scale peer-to-peer service. FxOS users can choose to access the app as support requesters or helpers and interact with other users independently of their location, carrier or device model. 
Helpers and helpees will be able to share their screen and show how to solve different issues instantly.

I think the most of this information would be better suited for a wiki page or similar. Really what we need is a 1 or 2 line description of the component and we can add a link to the page describing what BuddyUp is in more detail.

BuddyUp is a FxOS application allowing users to get support or provide support on questions related to their FxOS phones.
