Ah, that burning footstep I behold is the mark of Necko.
Apprunner Build ID: 1999072311

Manipulate some values, depress "Commit", choose "OK" at the demand of the
dialog, and lean over to smile at gagan@netscape.com's cubicle.
Priority: P3 → P1
[Setting to Priority 1]
All snide remarks are arisen of the fact that the directory of the build
downloaded was marked "NECKO" on the FTP server.
And, in the course of crafting smart-**** remarks, I failed to include the stack
trace (DLL consistent to all crashes):

APPRUNNER caused an invalid page fault in
module WALLETLIB.DLL at 023f:605f2502.

This bug may be of the fumes of Necko's launch... that exhaust now dispelled, the Apprunner build
of 1999072608 no longer evinces the fatal flaw... but I will verify myself in a few days, to be certain.
[Posting with Apprunner to demonstrate word]
QA Contact: cpratt → Crysgem
Using the 1999070614 build, I was not able to connect to the URL mentioned
above. Taking crysgem up on the offer for self-verification; changing QA
contact.
Status: RESOLVED → VERIFIED
Verifying--Fixed with the procedure I described, using the build cited by cpratt@netscape.com.
I am able to "connect" - if "access" was cpratt@netscape.com's meaning - to Bug 10000.
