During the ironic deploy process, dns resolution is needed to resolve the ironic api url used to signal the ironic conductor to begin the deployment.  The current image does not properly establish resolv.conf from dhcp.  The temporary workaround for this is to define the ironic api url by IP within the ironic conf.
wontfix since openstack has been sidelined.  When we reevaluate openstack in the future, we can check if this has been corrected in future releases.  If not, it will be reopened.
