graph server doesn't catch all the subtests, but datazilla does:

this is the error test which is something to watch, but not necessarily back code out for.

Avi, can you comment on what we should do with this subtest.

The regression is roughly from 40ms to 44ms at the ".error" value. This means the animation (start) is delayed by another ~4ms.

This is not something users can notice so it doesn't require us to put much resources into fixing it. Also, the offending patch looks like a pure fix which just takes more time than the unfixed code.

WONTFIX as far as I'm concerned. Please reopen if you think otherwise.
