Prerequisites
Having a PIN on one SIM card.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Enter airplane mode.
2. Open browser and go to mozilla.org (the page will not be loaded).
3. Deactivate airplane mode from the notification bar.
4. Wait for SIM prompt.
5. Skip it.

Actual Results
Status bar goes from black to transparent.

This may share the same cause as bug 1044056 or bug 1044064.

Reproduction Frequency: 100%

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]: Like bug 1033926 comment 8, we want to get rid of the transparent status bar in the whole 2.0 version.

Though it very much pains me to say this as a UX person in triage (where we are discussing this), I don't think this is a blocker at this stage in the game. </3  <- That is my broken heart.
