steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/curate/create/collections
2. In the 'Search for an app...', type "app"
3. Add "Guitar app" to your collection
4. Search for "app" again


expected behavior:
Guitar app doesn't show up in the search results since it is already in the collection.


actual behavior:
Guitar app is still listed in the search results.

I might gray it out instead. It might be weird if a whole page of search results is already in the collection, then the results would show nothing.
