The two cell data tests are failing (see screenshot) on b2g-23.1. The same tests on other nodes are running fine.

I've disabled the node and Dylan is going to investigate it.

The easiest way to replicate this is to run test_browser_cell_data.py
Locally on the device it would hang on loading mozilla.org. I tried the url https://duckduckgo.com and it immediately threw a 400 error.

Dylan, did you file the bug about browsing with this SIM and carrier combination?

I think it's a real bug that should be investigated.

Just put it under General then it cna be decided whether it's a carrier problem or otherwise.
As discussed on IRC it was found to be a carrier problem that persisted on Android also. It had to do with the data plan that the SIM card had. The SIM has been ordered to be replaced. Not sure how to resolve this, but I will mark as fixed for now.
