The toggle pending jobs link on https://treeherder.mozilla.org/ui/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=22671f754e2d shows me 6 pending jobs right now but clicking it has no effect.

I'm actually not able to reproduce this.  If I follow that link and click the number of pending jobs in the summary (now 123 for me) then it will hide all the pending jobs as expected.  I tested on both Firefox and Chrome.  Ehsan, would you try again?  Anything else you can notice?  Are you able to toggle other statuses, like success?
