Steps to reproduce:

After HD failure, I did a clean install of Windows 7 SP1.  I then did a clean install of Firefox 31.0 


Actual results:

After install, tabs and the location and address bars were the only toolbars that were visible. The customize feature was no help at all.  Pressing F10 brought up the File Edit View... tool bar. When I select View/Toolbar, only Menu and Bookmarks are displayed with Menu being selected.  When I selected Bookmarks also, I am able to drag icons to the toolbar, but the Name of the Icon does not appear unless I hover over it.


Expected results:

The standard array of Toolbars should be shown under View/toolbar.  When a bookmark is dragged or saved to the bookmark toolbar, the Icon and name should both appear.  Hovering the pointer over an Icon should not be required to identify that Icon.
Summary: After clean install of Firefox 31.0 Bookmarks toolbar is not visible and can not be added. → After clean install of Firefox 31.0 Bookmarks toolbar is difficult to enable and does not function properly when enabled.
Sounds like normal Australis behaviour?

Bookmarks automatically show up with a label on the bookmarks toolbar for me, it's only other buttons (e.g. moving the "downloads" button to the bookmarks toolbar) that don't.

If you are seeing bookmarks not having any labels on the bookmarks toolbar, can you provide more detailed steps to reproduce that issue?
