Steps to reproduce:

1. A SIM card needs to be present in the phone.
2. Lock the phone.


Actual results:

The lockscreen shows "(no SIM)" under the carrier.


Expected results:

The lockscreen should not show "(no SIM)"

Is empty string wanted in this case? The summary of this bug is
"SIM is present and unlocked".

The empty string is used to clear to previous string "(No SIM)". We need to clear all the state strings before updating them.
