Steps to reproduce:

1) Open some new tabs fast (By clicking Ctrl+T)
2) Observe the gear button - every some page opens it changes its size.


Actual results:

The gear button changed sizes when opening fast multiple new tabs.


Expected results:

The gear button should have a fixed size across all new tab openings.
Does it persist at the different size, so if you switch back to that tab, it'll be incorrectly sized?
Yes, it keeps its incorrect size even after switching back to the tab,
thought in the Dev Tools it reports that the computed size is same.

I've tried to reproduce this using the latest Firefox 34 Nightly build (20140804030205) on: Win 7 x64, Win 8 x64, Win 8.1 x64, Ubuntu 12.04 x64, Mac OS X 10.9.4. 

I could not get the gear icon to change size even after quickly opening 60-70 New Tabs.
Yeah, I am also not noticing it anymore in recent Nightlies.
