If # of changesets greater than N (possible value for N: 50), we should not output "here are the first X changesets/bugs, <link for rest>" and instead should just show "Range is X changesets: <pushlog URL>".

this actually had been fixed at one point in time, now it appears to be broken or have hit a corner case.  later in August I plan to do some graph server work, this seems like a good think to do as part of that work :)
