Manifestparser documentation: http://mozbase.readthedocs.org/en/latest/manifestparser.html#manifestparser-create-and-manage-test-manifests As part of bug 994764 we are switching manifests from the json style tbpl and travis blacklist/whitelist, to the manifestparser .ini format used by most other test harnesses at mozilla. See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1039140#c6 onwards for some discussion on this. At the moment some of these .ini manifests have landed, but they are not ready for production (e.g tbpl/travis) use. For now they are just being used by a jenkins job running Gi on devices and later we'll start transitioning tbpl jobs over to them as well. For now it is ok if they go out of date/get out of sync. We'll go through and update them before they get used anywhere in production.
