What feature should be changed? Please provide the URL of the feature if possible. ================================================================================== We need to create a system by which we can display "global" messages at the top of the page and context-specific messages within the page. What problems would this solve? =============================== It's important to give weight to messages as appropriate. Who would use this? =================== All users on all pages. What would users see? ===================== Messages in the correct spot. What would users do? What would happen as a result? =================================================== Whatever they so choose with said messages. It's just important messages show up in the proper spot. Is there anything else we should know? ====================================== MESSAGES.
