Description:
While in US with a Chunghwa Telecom roaming SIM (shows as  T-Mobile on Lockscreen) looking at Phone Number field in Settings>Device Information shows number as "Unknown". AT&T and T-Mobile SIM cards show phone number correctly in Device Information. This issue occurs no matter what SIM slot the card is in and occurs with multiple SIM cards in phone as well.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140728000238
2)  Ensure that a valid Chunghwa Telecom sim is inserted in the phone device.
3)  Tap on the "Settings" icon.
4)  Scroll down and tap on "device information".
5)  Look at the "Phone Number" field.


Actual:
Phone number shows as "Unknown" in Device information

Expected:
Phone number displayed correctly in Device information

Bug 1023130 is about operator names, not phone numbers. Actually, Chunghwa Telecom SIM cards don't have MSISDN etched inside. So no matter what devices you take, you just can not have your own phone number displayed.

This bug IS valid. It was marked as a duplicate and then later changed to an Invalid instead. Moztrap case needed.
