Since the concept of "job" is central to Treeherder, it can be useful to have a distinguishable icon to represent it. I believe that the stylized shape of a hammer would work quite well.

The icon can be used for the toolbar button that enables/disables view, as well as other actions that involve individual jobs.

For example the "pin all jobs" command could become a pin and a hammer together. The same for a "pin bug" command.

We no longer have the show/hide jobs button, and we've also had feedback that the use of icons (over text) is also confusing people in places. As such, I think we may not want to do this, at least for now.
