Calling |help csscoverage| in the gcli doesn't list the subcommands, but says 'subcommandsNone'.

This is because the command is hidden, so the subcommands don't officially exist.
The idea is that the command line denies the existence of hidden commands right up until you prove that you know about them. However I agree that 'subcommandsNone' isn't a great way of saying this.

This isn't a particularly useful bug to have on file.
It's esoteric, and we don't need to track it given the current level of investment in GCLI.
