104563 - Duplicated page and link confusion

[In addition to the URL given above, the example page is reached from
http://pages.ebay.de/community/chat/index.html by clicking on one of the
"Benutzer helfen Benutzern" message board links in the bottom left. I have
chosen the "Sicherheit" link.]

The first thing I notice, the loaded page is duplicated. Scroll down a bit and
notice that everything at the upper half of the page is duplicated at the bottom
half of the page.

Second and worse thing I notice, the links at the upper half of the page to
individual message threads direct the browser to the lower half. Only clicking
there (i.e. the duplicated portion of the page) works and loads a new page.

The  expected behaviour would be to not have duplicated page contents and to
have working links on that page.

Mozilla 0.9.5 and also with 2001100808. No problems with Netscape Navigator 4.78
and earlier Mozilla milestones.
