In running the cert suite on a 1.3 hamachi, I'm getting a report.html which says "Timed out waiting for results", but it doesn't indicate which test timed out; you have to inspect cert_structured.log to find that out. It would be better if we could include that detail in the error message. Logfile attached.

Bug 1039695 has a patch to log each test name as it starts. Once that is reviewed and landed, I'll modify the error message to report the last test that started.
