We've had increased interest regarding online training being available in other languages. Would it be possible to put some of the newer stuff (eg: https://training.webmakerprototypes.org/en/net-neutrality/concepts/) into Transifex for our communities to translate?

Yes, we had filed this before: with bug 993449. Not just for Net Neutrality, but for all of the content that comes to Training. It's time to revisit, I think :)
