I don't see any of the permissions for the vouch model on prod. They're present on dev and stage. This is probably another symptom of our earlier db trouble. In theory, running syncdb on prod should create them...

This bug is here to remind me/giorgos to file an IT bug for this tomorrow and see if that fixes it.

This blocks a site manager from adding vouches manually. A few people who attended the Summit did not automatically receive their 3 vouches. Once this bug is fixed, a manager can add those vouches manually.

This is fixed, and I also added the correct permissions to the Managers group. You should be able to create/delete vouches now, williamr.
