They recently redesigned their site, using document.all and document.layers to 
see which browser they're dealing with, neither of which work in Mozilla or 
Netscape 6.x. The net result of this is that one will only see the top part of 
the site, with the rest blank, thus making it rather unusable.

It looks like a simple fix in their browser detection code would suffice to get 
this site running under Mozilla, but I didn't look too closely.

I filed bug 117558 relating to www.station.sony.com not functioning with Mozilla
running on Mac OS X. Are these two bugs related or duplicates? On the Mac the
issue with the Sony site seems to be related to Java.

they seem to have partial ns6 support, however, the code is terrible, no use of
an api, which makes this complex to fix.

They fixed this for all of a week before breaking it again (sometime just before
the Shadows of Luclin launch in December). For those of you who actually need
information from this site (tech support for example), it seems that only their
introductory pages are broken. You can go directly to a sub-section like so:

I've contacted them about the problem, but never got a response.

I don't know if they've stopped using proprietary DHTML, however the site now
works under Mozilla. :)

pretty much works but the play menu should bring up a pull down menu which it
doesn't. Not fixed yet.
