Ok, the call is established but no audio is transmitted. The device B answers with only audio

Same problem in the same network.

This issue still occurs on the latest 2.0 build with the v165 KK base.  No audio is heard between two devices that are on different wifi networks.

I've successfully established audio calls cross-network, it would be good if QA tries to reproduce this bug again.

Tested with Flame v2.0 (kk v180) and Loop version: eb3a712 and gecko-ef26d06.gaia-ddec117 and works fine
