Steps to reproduce;
1. Open marketplace homepage: https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/
2. Click on the arrow to open the drop down menu and select a category (i.e Education, Games, Music..)

Expected results;
The page loads, the Featured Apps section is displayed

Actual results:
The Featured Apps section is not displayed

Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF34 (Win7) This issue reproduce only in marketplace-dev.allizom.org

Right,I also not see the Featured app category
