The warning bar isn't currently implemented in Aurora 33/Nightly 34.

Also the error bar (go in offline mode and then click on the phone icon in the toolbar to trigger) has a different style in comparison with the mockup https://people.mozilla.org/~dhenein/labs/loop-mvp-spec/#error
Say if this should be filed separately.

Also I NI Darrin as we agreed that only https://people.mozilla.org/~dhenein/labs/loop-mvp-spec/#error should be implemented and not https://people.mozilla.org/~dhenein/labs/loop-mvp-spec/#warning

Darrin can you please remove the warning bar from your mockups so it's clearer we won't implement it.
Also can you amend the mock-up for the error bar so it is aligned with https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1002416#c13 (disabled commands when unable to register)
