Some clarification: Operator shelves break into two tasks: creating the new shelf and migrating content (the apps). For the new shelf, since the art we have from them is only the logo, we'll need: * a 320px x 150px image * PNG or JPG * RGB * color for overlay bar for text, chosen from this list: * red: #B90000; rgb(185,0,0) * bright orange: #FF4E00; rgb(2555,78,0) * dark orange: #CD6723; rgb(205,103,35) * sky blue: #00AACC; rgb(0,170,204) * green: #5F9B0A; rgb(95,155,10) * dark gray: #2C393B; rgb(44,57,59) * they should NOT have text built into the image -- we will be overlaying a translucent overlay of the selected color and applying text atop it separately. Citing this reference image if it's helpful: https://wiki.mozilla.org/images/f/fc/CollectionStyleGuide_v2.pdf For migrating the content, that can either be entered/re-entered by Scott or copied from the database. This is not a lot of work at all, and devs can do it or Scott can do it when he creates the collections. For reference: <shelf> (# of apps in it) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/am-mx> (0) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/congstar-de> (2) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/dt-gr> (0) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/dt-hu> (0) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/dt-pl> (11) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-ar> (0) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-cl> (13) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-co> (13) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-cr> (0) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-ec> (0) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-es> (14) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-gt> (0) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-mx> (14) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-ni> (0) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-pa> (0) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-pe> (13) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-sv> (0) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-uy> (10) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/movistar-ve> (13) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/telenor-hu> (17) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/telenor-me> (18) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/telenor-rs> (17) * <https://marketplace.firefox.com/collection/vivo-br> (12)

Let's decide who takes on the work closer to - unless someone wants to own this task now...
User Story: (updated)
I can migrate content, but do I even have permission to create operator shelves? Do they follow the same rules as any other collection in Feed?
In our current Curation Tool, I can't create operator shelves. I can only edit their contents.

Sorry, I jumped the gun. I'm re-opening this bug because I just realized we're not done with operator image uploads. What is "done" right now is I've created and populated all the OpShelves with apps.
