Translate events upload form

Some countries are underrepresented on the live-updates map due to challenges with using the English events form (events.wm.org). Any chance we can translate that? Suggestions: Romance languages (Spanish, French, Italian) and some other more complicated ones (personal bias towards Japan).

The events upload form does work in Spanish, French, and Italian (just turned that on this week, actually), but we're missing Japanese: https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/webmaker/viewstrings/#ja/webmaker-events/23162907
Great! Can we link the translated sites internally from the localized party.wm.org/es-xx (and other corresponding) sites? Bug filed previously: Bug 1045925

You shouldn't need to link them automatically for the languages to work but yes, we can explictly link them
Really? Unless I add the /es-xx in the URL, it doesn't go to the localized site. Thanks for linking it explicitly so it works.

We'll do localized site detection based on:
1) URL ( /en-US/ /fr )
2) Account preference ( https://login.webmaker.org/account )
3) Browser preference ( https://www.dropbox.com/s/ti1azu843pv3s3f/Screenshot%202014-07-31%2011.24.23.png )
So, if the browser preference is set, then they'll get the localized page.
We're planning on adding a language picker to that page so it's a bit more obvious that it's localized into many other languages.
