Steps to reproduce:

Launch Firefox 32 beta
Enter about:config in the address bar 
Click the button "I'd be careful, I promise"
make sure browser.translation.detectLanguage' and 'browser.translation.ui.show' have value 'true'
open the Netherlands based sites (eg. http://www.onderwijsinspectie.nl/)


Actual results:

Infobar does not get triggered. 


Expected results:

Infobar should get triggered when language other than default language of the browser recongnised.

Did you follow the notes from the etherpad to set the other prefs, too?

AFAIK for now there are only a few languages that will be translated and 'Nl' is not one of those.

Supported languages: En, Zh, Ja, Es, De, Fr, Ru, Ar, Ko, Pt, Pl, Vi, Tr.
