1046801 - Intermittent downtime of access to tinderbox builds greater than 3 weeks old

While doing regression windows (specifically in the European timezone), we're seeing an issue where we are losing access to builds more than 3 weeks old on tinderbox (see screenshot). Appears to be intermittent, as I've seen us get access to builds later in the day sometimes.

The current policy is to keep 3 weeks of builds, except for {b2g-inbound,mozilla-central,mozilla-aurora}-hamachi* where we keep 12. So the problem is that bug 1012518 hasn't been done yet, for which I apologize. I'll work on that today.
