Puppet en route.
Still en route, outstanding:


   a) The individual tasks need their config (ie. dependencies) specified. Right now we just parse runner.cfg, this is a non-ideal obviously because different platforms/machine types require different tasks. We have support for a config.d/ already if I recall correctly.

   b) The sdist needs to be uploaded

   c) The runner module needs to point to 2.0.
