104722 - Shift-Tab keystoke doesn't work in addressing field on composition window (aka Messenger 4x)

Hell Mail / News --

reference Messenger v4x.   from address field in email composition window -- the
target will move to "to, cc, bcc" field, allowing user to scroll through options
via left-right arrow keys.   Also, while on this 'to, cc, bcc' target, the
up/down arrows allow use to move between different address fields.

this is something I use very option with Messenger v4x and would be nice for v5
(mozilla).

escalated because product is such a pain in ass w/o feature.  This is something
is use _ON_VIRTUALLY_EVERY message is send.   Otherwise, you're bound to mouse
to select "cc" for a specified group of recipients (mouse == lame).

clarification --

I'm being bound to sending email via Messenger 4x (communicator) and viewing
with mozilla because lack of key-stroke similarity between products.  -GA
