Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:30.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/30.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140605174243 Steps to reproduce: Firefox Flame OS 1.3.0.0 prerelease Stable 3g or wifi connection 1. Open the mail app 2. Wait for the app to load new mails 2. - (new mails appear correctly) 3. Hit the reload button Actual results: The reload button keeps spinning, and the loading never finishes. This is 100% reproducible. Oftentimes I can't load the contents of mails. This is mostly reproducible. Expected results: The reload should finish properly. Mail contents should be fetched properly.

I'd love to debug that myself, but I couldn't find how to debug the mail app, as it is not listed in the App Manager. Any way I could do that easily?

(In reply to Antoine d'Otreppe from comment #1) > I'd love to debug that myself, but I couldn't find how to debug the mail > app, as it is not listed in the App Manager. Any way I could do that easily? You need to alter a preference to see certified apps. See https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/Firefox_OS/Using_the_App_Manager#Debugging_Certified_Apps But you won't be able to actually see any of the interesting stuff happening because we can't debug workers. The meta bug on that is bug 1003097. There are a number of things that could cause this problem, and I suspect most of them are known bugs, but it's worth double checking. I'd suggest two things: 1) If at all possible, upgrade your Flame build to current trunk (v2.1-targeted), failing that, v2.0 is still significantly more up-to-date than v1.3 builds. 2) Provide a logcat and the other information requested at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Gaia/Email/RequiredBugInfo
