Details

I get the following message when I select "View->Plug-ins" in a dialog box that I have to click OK to. Then the browser behaves as normal.. "The procedure entry point ?ToNewUnicode@nsString@@QBEPAGXZ could not be located in the dynamic link library xpcom.dll" Any ideas??
you likely have some old dll's there. Did you uninstall everything before installing...(which build ID? Please always include it in bug-reports) After uninstalling: If there still are dll leftovers in mozilla directories, please make a note of which ones.
Changing summary. Reporter, please try clean install.
Summary: xpcom.dll ? → Incompatible xpcom.dll
Reporter: Please install mozilla in a fresh directory (read the release notes...) Please search the old files (.DLLs) that are not deleted during the installation of mozilla 0.9.5 and poste it in bug 104465 Thanks Matthias *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 104465 ***
