Description

Display of remote party's identifier:
* Display remote party's friendly name if available
* Display remote party's ID if the remote party is a logged-in user and the friendly name is not available
* Display remote party default name if no friendly name has been set and if the remote party is a non signed-in user
Perhaps we could do some subset of this for Fx34.
