There is a bit too much cascading going on and similar layouts have vastly different CSS classes and markup. Now that we have a more complete UI picture it's a good idea to restructure all this so the CSS doesn't grow even wilder as future changes are made. This will require visual regression QA but nothing specific to this bug (can be developer verified).
