Description:
The 'Manage Ringtones' header is truncated in the sound settings menu in Lithuanian.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Flame to BuildID: 20140728000238
2) Settings > Sound > Manage Ringtones

Actual:
'Manage Ringtones' is truncated in the Manage Ringtones settings menu.

Expected:
No unintended truncations occur.
