The line is Focus ring. On non-e10s window, the focus ring does not appear until I press tab key.

Clicking on links in general, like the bug link in the above post, also produces a focus ring under e10s. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:40.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/40.0

Also clicking on the Save Changes button produces a focus ring under e10s.
