User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:31.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/31.0 (Beta/Release) Build ID: 20140716183446 Steps to reproduce: have multiple tabs open with several flash videos running. One of them crashes and i get the standard "stop script" pop-up window. I click "stop script" Actual results: Everything works as normal but i cannot close tabs. I click the "X" and nothing happens for the tab, any existing tab or any new tab Expected results: Closing tabs should behave normally.

What script exactly did you stop? It sounds like you may have stopped a script that's part of the Firefox UI rather than a web page's script.
I wonder if this is a duplicate of bug 1041788...

That's quite possible. I did not have it in front of me when creating this bug. I will check if it happens again.
