Steps to reproduce:

1) Load Marketplace Landing page https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org
2) Ensure you are already logged in with Valid credentials
3) Open any of the Apps
4) Click on the Install button
5) Ensure that a Floating window appears and Spiining wheel displays in the button
6) Move to another window (ALT + TAB) and come back to this App page

Actual results:

Floating window is disappeared but the Spinning wheel keeps displaying


Expected results:

1) Floating Window should still be available for the user to make a Choice (Install or Not Now)
OR
2) Spinning wheel should not get displayed if the Floating window disappears

The floating window (confirm the install, Not Now, or dismiss) is from the browser, not the marketplace -- and it is not modal. Changing to another tab is tantamount to not responding at all. After approximately 30 seconds, a message guessing that the user is offline is displayed. I agree that a more direct relationship would be clearer, but I'm not familiar enough with the internals to know if it's possible in any meaningful way.
