1048103 - Loop icon uses the wrong color scheme/shadowing on Windows 7

See attached screenshot. The icons on Windows 7 have a dark blue tint to them, whereas the Loop icon is grey. This is inconsistent with the rest of the icons and looks unpolished.

Michael, can you create a new icon for this?
