As a link clicker, I should be able to initiate video call with video and audio, or just audio only, so that I can choose the most appropriate way.

Rough Impl:

- Extend the existing "Call" button to default to video+audio, with:
-- Chevron menu for selecting audio-only
- Pass the appropriate mode to the SDK via publish.
- When calling StandaloneClient#requestCallInfo pass the appropriate mode so that the server is informed via the /calls/<token> API

Maire, I don't think this is a duplicate.
This bug is about being able to initiate an audio only or audio+Video call from the standalone link clicker UI.
Do you agree?

Mark, this depends on bug 1053389 as well, right?

Yes.
I'm not seeing an option to select audio or video only on the page when loading a call.m.c URL with the latest Nightly, nor with Chrome.

That requires an update of the standalone server. The patch is in but the production server has not been updated.
