Details

steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/curate/create/shelves
2. Add name, slug, description, carrier and region. I added the slug as "dont-change-my-slug"
3. Select an app to add like "facebook"
4. Check the slug field

observed behavior
Slug is changed from "dont-change-my-slug" to "facebook"
