I tested the room with Ruben and confirmed it is unusually low. I tested joining from Ruben's Laptop as well as my own. 

I changed the audio settings on the Vidyo end point, but it made no difference.

I'll assist Mark with this - assuming he can stop in while he's there for Boardroom.

I'll work with Mark from both rooms to adjust if possible - but I'll need someone from Mozilla to check it out when we're done.

We just tested this - audio sounded fine coming from Warfield - comparable to the Boardroom and the other calls I've been on today.

Audio into Warfield was low, but we found that someone had used the remote control to turn volume down to about 30%.  This should always be at 100% to properly work with the DSP.

Soap - you must have left for the day, but feel free to check it out.

+John in case further tuning is needed - but it really sounded fine to Mark and me.
