Description:
In the Sound section of Settings, the header "Manage Ringtones" is truncated

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140804000204
2) Open Settings and set language to Bulgarian
3) Open Settings > Sound > Manage Ringtones

Actual:
The header "Manage Ringtones" is truncated

Expected:
No strings are truncated.

This issue does not occur in 1.4.

The Manage Ringtone feature does not exist in 1.4.
